Quick fixes

Capture interrupted? Check History first, then retry. After an extension update, reopen the popup and refresh the source page. Keep the source tab active during capture.

Batch access denied? Open Batch and start again to show your browser’s optional site-access request. Single-page capture still works.

History full? Download captures you want to keep, then delete them from History. Pins and retained Pro captures are protected; large images use more of the 150 MiB budget.

Activating Pro? Copy your key from the customer portal, open Pro → Activate a license, paste it and choose Activate. Your purchase supports up to five active browser profiles/devices.

Using Firefox? The quick-capture shortcut is Alt+Shift+S, because Firefox keeps Ctrl+Shift+S for its own screenshot tool. The first time you activate Pro, Firefox asks once whether the extension may send your license key for verification; choose Allow.
